長(zhǎng)白山項(xiàng)目位于長(zhǎng)白山景區(qū)松江河鎮(zhèn)，新開發(fā)的旅游服務(wù)區(qū)內(nèi)，屬于旅游度假產(chǎn)品，包括公寓、酒店、別墅、商業(yè)等功能。
The project is located in Songjiang River Town, Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. It is a resort product which includes apartments, hotels, villas, commercial retails and other tourism functions.
項(xiàng)目力求創(chuàng)造一個(gè)休閑、放松、親切、自然的園區(qū)氛圍，建筑形式上以阿爾卑斯山建筑風(fēng)格為主題，融入當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄖZ(yǔ)言及材料，以豐富多樣的建筑體型和立面處理手法，打造輕松自然，原生態(tài)的度假建筑。造型和立面處理手法的多樣性成為建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的重點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)。另外場(chǎng)地地形高差的變化即給項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)造了豐富的空間效果，同時(shí)也給場(chǎng)地和管線設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)了難度。
We seek to create leisure, relaxed, cordial and natural environment of the resort. The architectural design theme is from Alpine architectural style, which also integrates the local architectural elements and materials. The design aims to create a relaxed, natural and original vacation resort with a variety of architectural styles and facade design approaches. The modeling on site and facade design has become the focus and the most difficulties. In addition, the challenge site topography is not only causes the difficulties, but also has been transformed into abundant space variations and unique scenery of the project.
